Not an overnight process
Learning how to be an effective adult is not going to happen as soon as you move out on your own. Here’s how to help.
- Attack it in your own way: Are you someone who likes to do tasks one at a time, once per day? Or do you just like to dedicate a day and do it all at once? Work with that natural preference.
- Be smart about your working process: Smart devices have all sorts of apps that act as virtual assistants, reminding you to call the doctor or send off that email. Use them to help keep you on track.
